Welcome to Simplifiai ("we", "our", "the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. The Service

Simplifiai provides AI-assisted sales script and video generation tools for sales professionals. Output is generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for reviewing all output before using it with customers or in any regulated context.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Subscriptions, credits and refunds

Paid plans grant a monthly credit allocation. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Purchased top-up credits do not expire while your account is active. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

5. Compliance & regulated industries

If you operate in a regulated industry (insurance, financial services, healthcare, etc.), you are solely responsible for ensuring that AI-generated content complies with the laws and regulator requirements applicable to you.

6. Intellectual property

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the prompts you submit and the output you generate. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs to operate and improve the Service.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
