• Profile data: industry, platforms, language, country, city, company.
• Content: prompts you submit and AI output you generate.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, device & browser info.
• Payment data: handled by our payment processors (Stripe, NowPayments). We do not store full card numbers.

2. How we use it

• To provide, maintain and improve the Service.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To send transactional emails (e.g. receipts, security alerts).
• If you opt in, to send product updates and marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. AI processing

Your prompts are sent to AI model providers (e.g. Google, OpenAI) for processing. We do not sell your data and we do not train our own models on your content.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the Service (cloud hosting, payment processors, AI providers, email delivery). We may disclose data when required by law.

5. Retention

We keep account data for the life of your account and for a reasonable period after deletion to comply with legal obligations.

6. Your rights

You can access, update or delete your account data at any time. To request deletion, email privacy@simplifiai.xyz.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and analytics cookies to understand usage.

8. International transfers

Data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States.
